If you’d like your child to attend Wow Kids you may be eligible for assistance with the cost through a number of initiatives.

Working Parents - 30 Hours Funded Childcare from 9 months:

 

You may be able to get 30 hours of free childcare a week through the Working Parents scheme.

Your child must be aged 9 months to 4 years old and you must live in England. In order to receive this funding we will require a code which you will be issued with once applied.

15 Hours Funded Childcare for ALL 3 to 4 Year Olds:

 

 

ALL 3 to 4 year olds in England are entitled to 15 hours Government Funded Childcare up until they begin school. This can begin from the start of the term after their 3rd birthday. You do not need to apply for this funding so please contact us directly to register your child today!

15 Hours Funded Childcare for 2 Year Olds Receiving Support:

 

Some 2 year old children are entitled to receive 15 hours Government Funded Childcare. In order to be eligible for these hours your family must be in receipt of one of the following;

  • Income Support.

  • Jobs Seekers Allowance (JSA)

  • Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)

  • Universal Credit

Your child may also be eligible if they;

  • have an EHC plan.

  • receive Disability Living Allowance.

Consumable Charges:​

 

In order to continue to provide the best service possible for your child/children, Wow Kids asks for a consumable fee for all funded places.

 

Daily consumables fee - £2.00 (Wipes, nappy bags, extra-curricular activities that are not included in the EYFS and parties/celebrations. Also includes the cost of snacks.) All children are required to supply their own nappies.

​Please note our consumable fees are voluntary and you are able to opt out.​

Please also be aware that by not paying the consumable fee your child will need to bring all snacks and equipment needed such as wipes and nappy bags and there will be certain activities, parties and celebrations (not included within the EYFS) that will incur extra charges. 

​

You are also able to extend your child's daily hours over those that are funded at a cost of £10.00 per hour!

Fee-paying nursery places:(2 Months to 4 Years)

​

Full day (7am till 6pm) - £90.00

 

AM (7am till 12pm) - £50.00 (£10.00 for additional hours)

 

PM (1pm till 6pm) - £50.00 (£10.00 for additional hours)

 

All the above includes;

  • Snacks and the option of milk

  • Consumables such as wipes, nappy bags, extra-curricular activities not included in the EYFS and parties/celebrations.

  • ALL children are required to supply their own nappies.

  • ALL children attending between 11am and 12pm are required to bring in a packed lunch from home. Please see Wow! Kids requirements and recommendations for healthy lunch box options.

Breakfast & After School Club:

 

Breakfast Club (7am till 9am) - £14.00 per day (7am till 9am, includes a healthy breakfast option, activities and a safe walk over to school)

 

After School Club (3pm till 6pm) - £18.00 per day (3pm till 6pm, includes a safe walk back from school, a healthy snack option and activities)

 

Breakfast & After School Club Full Week - £150.00

​

Holiday Club: (4 to 11 Year Olds)

 

Half Day (8am till 12pm) - £25.00 (8am till 12pm, includes a healthy snack option)

 

Full Day (8am till 5:30pm) - £35.00 (8am till 6pm, includes a healthy snack option in the morning and the afternoon)

 

Children are required to bring a packed lunch to Holiday Club with a water bottle. Children will also be offered the option of milk during snack times.

Additional Charges:

 

Registration Fee £5.00 

Late collection Fee - £15.00 per 15 minutes.
